Taking Volunteer Applications The Northwest North Carolina Chapter is always accepting applications disaster volunteers. Please complete the following:
2. Medical form must be completed by your health care provider.
3. Fill out the pre-assignment health questionnaire.
4. Read over disaster volunteer expectations and the brochure.
5. Watch the online orientation for Introduction to Disaster Services.
6. Fill out the DSHR Enrollment form.
7. Read and sign the personal statement of understanding.
8. Fill out staff registration form.
9. Watch the volunteer online course available at www.redcross.org
Mail, email or drop by your forms at our chapter, 690 Coliseum Drive, as soon as possible.
